What countries can you ship to?

We currently mainly support orders delivered to US mainland addresses. (PO Box address is not supported). Some of the models (i.e. DW49) also support orders delivered to European countries.

 

What countries do you ship from?

It depends on the delivered address of your order. Most orders are shipped from the US local warehouse.

 

What shipment methods do you offer?

Most standard shipments are sent through USPS. The specific service and carrier depend on the size and weight of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders to US mainland addresses over $39.

How long does delivery take?

Your orders usually can be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary during public holidays.

 

Where can I find the tracking number?

Once your package is on the way, you will receive a notification email with the status of your shipment, the tracking number and carrier are also listed.

  

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in route.

 

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
